FPS drops in COD:BO3

Thanks for the upload, i have now mirrored your setting and added some real thermal paste to the GPU and the system is a lot better.
i am at stock speeds so i still get a little under your numbers as your GPU is about 10% better, but now i have no thermal throttling so... there is no massive drops if fps.
