FPS sudden drops

Totally normal, good even.

Model?

Try an extended test - 15 minutes.

They typically run cool (my son's does) - but 15 minutes 'may' reveal something if there's an underlying fault.

Ideally, need your CPU stress results too.

Then, if necessary we'll run memtest HCI - 400% - instructions.

If these pass - you'll need to test other games to see if the problem is replicated. And if they are - you'll probably be best served posting in the OcUK Customer Services Forum.
