Fractal Define S2 airflow advice with AIO

Hey guys

I’ve had a Fractal Define S2 case for about 3 years now. Love it, and the Perspex front panel is a god send as I have a young daughter who occasionally likes to bang on the front of the case with her toys which is situated in my front room. I was looking at a Lian Li O11D evo RGB but decided against a new case as I’m fearful my daughter will smash it.

I am looking at a new CPU cooler and settled on a AIO Corsair 360.

Today I have a bequiet fan cpu cooler. 3 x 120mm intake fans at the front, 1 x 120mm exhaust fan at the top and 1 x 120mm fan at the rear.

If I replace the CPU cooler then I’d place the radiator at the top and exhaust through that.

Will this setup work, or will the pc run too hot? I may have to remove the back fan to keep at least neutral pressure to stop dust build up.

Maybe fun one fan intake on the AIO and 2 fans exhaust?

Any advise or help would be appreciated

Yes the 360mm aio will be fine at the top and leave all other fans as is , don't overly worry about negative and positive pressure just keep dyst filters clean.

I don't usually operate a PC with a rear fan if there is an AIO on the top. Three fans in three fans out is absolutely fine. If you want to make sure the pressure is always positive then just make sure the front fans are linked in some way to the AIO fans.
If you are using Corsair, that's really easy in that you just want to use the same fan profile for the AIO as you do the front fans.
What I tend to do with my PC is link the front fans to the GPU and let the AIO do it's own thing because with the stuff I do on the PC, the GPU is always under greater load than the CPU. Again, this is easy with ICUE.
Oh, I use a Commander Core to run the case fans, or you could use the more expensive solution which is the LINK Fan system.
But don't get too bogged down with the theory, fans are a bit of a black art, but if you have six of them then you aren't going to overheat.
