will this case keep a gtx 580 cool with two front fans and at the back will be a h70 push pull

It will keep it cool, mine does a lovely job witha 6970 in

Yes, though you might consider a bottom intake fan instead of one of the front fans, or in addition to them. This configuration helped keep my GTX 470 much cooler, and more importantly much quieter.
If you already have the H70 or are really set on it, have the H70 exhausting, all intake fans would be a bad idea.
