One of the reasons I suggested the define 6 is that you can also have 2 x 140mm fans in the base. Both the base fans and the front fans have dust filters which catch a surprising amount of dust.
I have 4 inlet and 3 x exhaust fans, all 140mm and even managed to squeeze in my old Blu-ray writer.... which I think I used 3 times in 3 years.... so that was worth it
