Free automatic time tracking software that doesnt use adobe air

As title,

Im trying to monitor how long im using software on my windows 10 pc - how long im on the internet, working etc, but I CANNOT seem to find some software that will do this, I mean, all I want is a list of software and how long i used it for

Iv googled the hell out of it and tried like 4-5 bits of software and they all want to install adobe air OR are manual trackers - i want it to automatically track me, and adobe air wont install without errors (im not gonna format just for this)

ANY ideas ?

I've not used one other than in an enterprise environment. Just spotted the following though;

Ahhh thanks dude !! Does appear to be working, unsure of accuracy but I shall keep an eye on it
