Try changing your content servers. I couldn't get anything out of UK London or Manchester. Ended up getting content through from a French server. Still not a bad download rate either of 9.2MB/s

Open up your Steam settings window, then there is a tab I 'think' called Content. Open that, and change the drop down menu to something other than UK, restart Steam, and try again

The first batch of keys will be released here at 1PM. Second batch at 2PM on Facebook, and then the third batch at 3PM on Steam.
