Free Delivery

I placed an order yesterday around 24 hrs ago and all the order says is Order Status: Confirmed.

The item I ordered said Free Delivery (DPD) ... On the delivery page Free Delivery isn't mentioned, just DPD... I live in South Wales so it's not some remote unreachable region.

I put in a support ticket about this (6 or so hours ago) but might have to wait 5 days for a reply?

Also if I goto the OCUK tracking page it says order unknown.

My question is how long is Free Delivery (DPD)?

As I ordered it Wed evening I was hoping to get it before the weekend, this lack of info. Is pretty poor.

If I cancel this order how long will cancellation and a refund take? I kinda need a keyboard you know how it is.

unfortunately no one here can help you with this issue. you'll need to keep trying to get through to the customer service team (if they still exist)

"if they still exist"? Fast enough to take my money then leave me in the lurch.... Any idea how long an order cancellation takes?

You'll need to wait for your ticket to be answered or give them a call, none of us can help I'm afraid.
