Phone depends of the tarriff selected AFAIK

Your basket shows up after you select the second tariff option automatically, and it's displayed there. The first tariff doesn't work I think, the bottom two do though!

Don't think you can get the LG any more. I tried the same combo and it's now the Motorola.

Hmm it must have been working before but I tried the first one (since that is what I use now) and it didnt display the free phone. So i opened up a new page and selected the second tariff and that did display the free phone...

Now it says "XSLT Portlet is temporarily unavailable."
