Should this still be working? i ordered my 370 gaming 7 on the 7th of November, i am just trying to redeem this and it keeps saying "please enter the digits you find on the serial number printed on the box or ATX connector." i am doing that exactly, trying with and without SN at the start but it's not taking it. There's no contact details on the gigabyte site to contact directly. Thanks

It took a few days for mine to be accepted - looks like they are being manually added?

Submitted mine over 2 weeks ago and again earlier this week assuming the previous one didn't go through for some reason. I have had no response whether it was acceptable or not etc so no idea whats happening
