Runes of magic is quite enjoyable, especially as they've just released a whole new area/classes etc.

Legend of Mir3 is free, 2D game with dated graphics, but pvp is awsome. Unrivleled bitterness between guilds like no other game has lol, everyone hates each other and it causes mass fights everywhere, or mabe its just my guild lol.
Its no Aion/WOW, but it doesnt try to be. Item shop is expensive tho if you want to 'pay' for extra boosts.
