Been looking at getting something like this for a while now, I'm sure i came across a thread containing recommendations, I'm sure the make was Humax or something are they any good or are there better makes.

Possibly freeview hd recorders swell?

Humax and Topfield are the two leading brands. They have the best EPGs and perhaps the best range of features. Have a look here for more info
