free web filter lists ?

is it possible to get web filter lists... free ones ?

obviously there's use of "open dns" etc but I'm specifically looking for text, xls, csv, lists of websites which I may want to be blocked ideally if there updated that would be great ! but either way a starting point would be fantastic
