My son and I enjoyed playing Freelancer; I had thought that nobody was playing the game any longer,
but by chance, I found a clip of a Youtuber looking at this old game and finding that it is alive and well.

I am wondering how much interest there would be to have a server running in the UK for this game?

Looks fun, I might check it out. Have you played Avorion? Reminds me of that, and a few friends and I had a lot of fun on a private server.
 
Liked freelancer back in the day tho the ui wasnt great and iirc felt a slower game than it should have been. Think i got to the end. Still got the dvd case version, but no longer a cd/dvd drive hehe.

Any good mods? Like star trek or sw or the x games from egosoft stuff put in Fl? Btw starlancer was another great game too, the high 5 system where if u did all objectives u got a high 5 cinematic if u didnt u got a few diff cinematics iirc.

Is this mmo mod got a pve only mode as im not into pvp games.
