freezer not working

I got a new fridge freezer a few months ago, its a frost free one. I got some meat from the local butchers on Friday and put it in freezer bags and put in various draws in the freezer, today (sunday) its not frozen, other stuff in the freezer is frozen (chips, nuggets, ice cream etc),, any ideas?

Thermostat turned up high (or should I say down low) enough?
Does it have a quick/fast freeze option - useful whe putting a load of room temp stuff in there
