freezing keyboard

Hi,

A mates psu and and mobo died...

So I put in a new psu and mobo and everything was working fine.

He took it back to his house, attached his keyboard and mouse and the mouse would work but the keyboard froze the desktop....the mouse would only work when the keyboard was unplugged....plugging the keyboard back in made the desktop froze and the mouse not work....

So do you think when his psu and mobo died it took his keyboard as well?

As when I installed windows and other software both my keyboard and mouse worked perfectly

Could well be it if other components work.

You seem to have found the fault already.
