Just use Sellotape velcro stuff for mine, probably not as strong as Fox's but also no where near the cost was about 2 quid in Wilko.

Use screws, sticky pads are rubbish. I've had to stick mine back on twice now because the damn things degrade over time.

I got some No More Nails double sided tape.

Sticks like a mo'fo but I don't intend to hold onto the car for long enough that they'll need replaced again.

Yeah but the right bolt is from a TrisLander interisland hopper aircraft, only as strong as the weakest part and all that!

I use that stuff as well. Also holds the tag in place and appears impervious to direct summer sunshine and 30°+ heat.

I have a couple of genuine bolts from a V1, from the days when I worked for the IWM at Duxford - if I used them would my e-peen be enormous?

Drill 2 holes in the plate, present plate to car, let 2 self tapping screws drill their own holes in the bumper.

No, but if the engine ever cut out unexpectedly you'd have brown trousers for sure

Yea - pretty sure my car doesn't glide too well...
