He parked at an end of a parking bay, which ended at a junction, only to have a 4x4 park less than a foot infront of him. No problem, he's at the end of the bay anyway. Well, maybe not a Corsa owner parked TOUCHING his car and on a line saying keep clear.
all the police did was stick a FPN on the car and said if its still blocking him when he needs to leave work they will get it towed, however the 4x4 moved, so there was a massive anti climax as everyone wanted the corsa towed away...

If you'll excuse a few moments of hyperbole from me, it's strange to think that one day a few years ago will be up there with famous moments in history, like the nuclear bombing of Japan, the fall of the Berlin Wall etc.
