Can't be arsed to knock up another counter image, but that works on the hugely flawed premise that anybody who can get stuff for free will pirate, when the vast majority of pirates either:
A) never would have paid for the media in the first place or;
B) go on to buy the media if they find out it's worth buying
So the only revenue lost would be from a very, very small (or large, in the case of some games I've had the misfortune to purchase) percentage of people who would have bought the game, film, music etc and been horribly disappointed that they did. Good thing, really.
Eh? It doesn't really comment on the motivations of file sharers, it just points out that piracy and file sharing are actually completely different things. It points out that piracy is a term used by the media companies to make file sharing sound like a much worse crime than it actually is, in the same way that your image suggested that theft was used.
