Yes, as it's an M1 Garand with Tactical stock System, apparently quite popular in Afghanistan at the moment.
Modelling the M1GALCS Designated Marksman, M1 Garand, EBR Tactical Aluminum Chassis Stock with telescoping butt stock, adjustable cheek rest and butt pad
Also from Sage International, we have The NINJA-MM12
- Developed for the US Army as a "parasite" secondary weapon attached to M4/M16 Rifle
- Utilizes NINJA-12 action minus the Pachmayr "Vindicator Grip" and single point sling attachment

Actual version used in propaganda was doctored to remove the extra watch that came from looting and pillaging.
