Biggest givers of aid? As an absolute amount or as a percentage of their total wealth? It's easy to give away a million quid when you have billions in the bank; that doesn't stop the catholic church being a fundamentally corrupt and outdated institution, and they don't get to feel good about themselves because they chuck some money at problems they themselves had a hand in creating.
