^^ True, I heard county law actually allows the teaching of how to grow plants like that under medical permits and taxes but it was Federal agents who hold it illegal.
One hundred years ago it was legal, its biggest threat is to cotton farmers as an extremely cheap material
Even more obvious is all the people in jail for it, considering the cali state and even federal government has too much debt to pay and prison is expensive. Some time in future they'll have no choice but to change law in some way, I sugest they tax it
