Wiggle waggle????
Google provided the answer...
.....a chilled specification product as it enhances the "non break-up characteristic". Although calling it the "wiggle waggle factor" the company is serious about the product and guarantees that slices from its canned lines will not break-up. This has dramatically reduced the slicing loss from the 10% to 15% wastage levels experienced 30 years ago.
