For some reason my DSL gets cut when the phone is answered or put down.

I've changed the filters, asked for a line test, nothing helps.

Image is inaccurate; the phone wouldn't ring if the internet is being used.

Image is accurate. Our internet used to disconnect every time we received a phone call when we first got it. I think it was with Pipex?



/EDIT - Actually I'm wrong! The image is inaccurate as the internet would disconnect as soon as the phone started to ring.

I've had dial up for a couple of years 2001/2002. I had no problems like that and i was on
