It's usually just for special operations soldiers, in that case 5th special forces group, to protect their identity to keep them and their family safe and allow them to continue to do their job without being recognised (OPSEC).
They don't always get censored though (eg below with a DEVGRU guy) due to a number of reasons, whether it be they are now dead meaning no need to protect their identity or just people not recognising they are special forces before publishing the pics, etc, etc.
