I've flown to Portugal from Exeter on them several times and it's a nice plane! Very new and love the fact it has onboard steps, saves time on both ends!

Certainly is. It's a bit smaller than a BAE 146 and the ride is not quite as smooth as I understand that the plane is much more sensitive to trim. As logsi says - on board steps which fold up and slot in beside the [inside of the] door, so heaps of time saved - just make sure you only have carry on luggage or you'll be waiting for ages at the carousel ;)

I've spent a little time with the Line Engineers at Birmingham Int. and got to crawl about in the FlyBe Embraer 195, I think its a really nice a/c. the cockpit is brilliant too.
