Too excited to wait until Monday night when I process these but tonight I've been driving this up and down the hill passes of Ontario.
Don't think I'll ever drive a purer modern sports car, especially one as rare and iconic as this. Everything is just absolutely perfect. Everything. I was grinning from ear to ear when the owner said "wait until you're behind the wheel" when I commented on how planted it felt as a passenger. He said he would rather share the experience that something like this gives than simply drive it to a meet and have it on display. I've driven ot longer than some of his friends too he said!
The gearbox is surreal, no power steering so you're left with epic feel of what the car is tasting under the tyres and the Imax like view from the windscreen of the road below and ahead is spectacular. The build quality inside is totally not like any Honda I've been in, it's solid with padded bits and leather all round. The doors are heavy and have a reassuring clunk when closed, it's low to the ground and the sense of speed is intoxicating, the power plant revs so nicely and yet it's so smooth just pootling quietly around town until you give it some throttle.
