Out of badness I would do exactly as his sign suggests and sit out as close to the white line as possible to make it difficult for him to overtake
Did laugh at the fact that he went to the effort to get the text right but then failed at getting the arrow right.

If you take a peek outside of the mirror, you can see an example road with all the cars driving on the right hand side, making the arrow point the correct way.

Pretty sure that shot was taken in one of those countries where they drive on the right. Like, you know, most of them.
Of course, if someone came up behind me with a sign like that, I'd probably make it as difficult as possible for him to overtake. A somewhat counter-productive thing to have on your car, because I imagine most people would react the same way as me.
