Sadly the picture is over-exposed, but it was the best I could get, the clouds were actually an amazing pink/red colour, it looked really beautiful.

I was sitting in a bar on the beach watching this scene, it was stunning and I was kicking myself for not having a camera with me. Absolutely gutted.
