Surely they mean vertical symmetry though? Horizontal would give you 4 eyes or 2 mouths... I'm guessing the mean the sides of your face are the same (or not).

Good question, not sure how I knew she'd qualify well on that. Cant really think of anyone else especially
Horizontal symmetry would mean a very rounded face which would be more typical from Asian based looks then the western high cheekbone look models. Also its a girl thing, I dont know if that program would rate a batman style squared jaw, try it lol
