My poor kitty after coming back from the vets. You can see the wound just on his right shoulder in the shaved area. The vet bled it for about 2 minutes .

That is pretty incredible...and rather surprising as usually refunds are done to the card the person paid with.

I don't see why the posts are being deleted, if it's true then they should stand by how they've resolved it.

I've sent a 50p refund through the post to a customer before now, they paid by cheque and there was no way I was writing a cheque out for 50p!
