Our cat, a typical afternoons work for him. He has a bell around his neck so we've no idea how he can consistently kill so many mice, voles and birds.

How come the Vancouver quake damaged very little then ?

I found this wasp here in the office unable to fly as it had some crap stuck to one of its legs so I managed to snip the crap away with some scissors and the fly/wasp has vanished.

I hope it goes home to tell the others that humans are awesome cool

That's not a wasp, it's a hoverfly and completely harmless.
