It's a spider which is eating a bird. It's a long-shot I know, but I'm going to go ahead and guess it's a bird-eating spider. :p

Probably something like a 9 liner(which is for MEDEVACs) or a 10 liner which is for UXO/IED reports. Or something similar for the US forces.
