It's originally based on some work by Cicero but the words are altered so they don't actually say anything.

Went to visit my bro at RAF Leuchars last night, much whisky was had and this morning we got up to this:
Fire Brigade eventually arrived and did base personnel, set up pumps, handed out sandbags unfortunately the damage had been done to some of the homes and cars
Brother's a tad upset given his Passat was getting traded in on Mon too

Took those pics about an hour and a half after the fire service set up two pumps. The water was over the bottom sill of the car doors
