This meme is absolute rubbish, and I expect the people of OcUK to know better!
Without clean sanitation disease and germs would be everywhere, we'd never have reached this level of civilisation without plumbing, hell it's one the basic things the Romans gave us that brought us out of mud huts.
You can't rely on anything other than clean piped water to flush your toilet with, anything else simply wouldn't work.
