Ha! That's from Viz - I remember when that appeared in the magazine... I was reading it round my friends house (my parents would never have let me read Viz), and I remember nearly crapping myself with laughter.

Must have appeared around 16-18 years ago at a guess... perhaps more if the copy I was reading was old (I don't recall).

Viz is still great...
