What an amazing flyover, would have loved to of seen that in real life,..

I was fortunate to see Enterprise land at Stansted in the early 80's. Came right over our house (Sawbridgeworth) just a few thousand feet as made it's final decent in to then, an undeveloped Stansted.

I went to see it on the Monday I believe after school.. You could actually walk right up to it. Later that week, the whole school stood out in the playing fields watching it take off.. Unfortunately there wasn't the abundance of mass digital photography then so the picture below was quick goggle.

Amazing.. Never forget it.
