4 inches and easy on your drive but it's drifting and we have over 1ft in places. I saw a 4x4 struggling earlier up a hill. It's clear ice underneath here too.

edit: lol missed out an important word in that last
4x4 doesn't actually help all that much, especially if it's a big heavy range rover with wide low profile summer tyres. You'd actually be better off in a P reg Ford Ka.
She made it just fine all the way to Gloucester, though having two lanes to herself as only the inside lane of the motorway was ploughed helped a lot. Occasionally people would pull out and attempt to follow her, only to quickly give up and pull back in.
