That looks very similar to semi-submersible rigs based on the Bingo 9000 platform
Such as the Eirik Raude

Rigs like this can stay totally still in really heavy storms and keep drilling for oil the entire time.
Good thing too, they charge something like $600k a day to run. So time really is money.

BTW, I designed the fire suppression systems for a rig like this.

She's not naturally that tall, IMDB says only 5ft 9" but in the pic she's wearing huge heeled shoes adding another 4-6in!
