If I can maintain an average of a mile in or under 10 minutes (currently at ~12min/mile taking in slower pacing to catch breath) this should be attainable. It will take time though as I need to get my pacing consistent. Plus I can only do so much extra as I need to hit the shower by 7am to be able to get ready for work. So really I have an extra hour to work into which is plenty of headroom!
