Saw this before/after on reddit and my mind was blown.

Quite a transformation..
From having a black square block as a face to having a regular face. Kudos to the team of surgeons who worked on that!

Are we quite aure about that sex change picture?
In the first photo the blacked out person, a girl, has some of her jaw shape not blacked out, and it matches very closely with the jawline of the person in the after picture.
Is there more in this topic, as it is otherwise a complete transformation.
