Friendly Warning: MSN Virus

Sorry if this is a repost guys, just wanted to let people know about what appears to be a new MSN Virus :rolleyes:

I know of two separate instances of this happening today so it looks to be contagious.
Basically the said virus randomly sends a message to all of your online contacts: "Is this you?:p" followed by a link to what appears to be a picture.
Once you click the link it downloads said virus to your computer and the whole thing starts over from your machine.

The virus doesn't appear to do anything malicious atm.

Yeah stupid enough of me i clicked on it lol im not usually that noob but i didnt really look at it becuase it was from a close mate, it then asked me to download something that looked abit dodgey so i cancelled it and closed my browser.

I got this a while back and did the same thing.

yeah i think so, how people can be so noob as to download it is beyond me.

clicking the link is fair enough unless you extra cautious.

My friend has that also, I clicked it thinking it was real and Firefox just gave me a download box which I didn't allow to download.

God bless Firefox.

It's a frickin' annoying virus however. :mad:
