friends facebook locked again

Hi, my friends facebook account has been locked and its appernantly asking for a video of his face,
this is the third time this has happened, hes quite stressed about it as he relies on this for variuos things

has anyone got any idea of why this will be happening? or any ideas of how to get any support from facebook?

In my limited experience, they seem to be most bothered about data harvesting, so apps that scan the contents of a webpage can trigger it (like translation, shopping) and if you make frequent page requests, keep clicking to expand comments, that kind of thing.

I'd also avoid signing in from lots of different devices or locations, or behaving like a scammer (e.g. frequently messaging or friending people you don't know).
 
hes just going to go through the process again to prove its him, advised him to be careful what he posts and likes etc as this probably is triggering it

ive not experianced it myself, only had one of my posts reviewed when i posted a picture of tenaman pants, it kicked up a fuss about that
 
Has someone managed to get access to his email used for facebook or something? Worth checking his email account and security.
