Friends on MySpace

Hey lads,

I have a band account on MySpace and with their limitations I'm unable to contact all of the fans to ask for their email addresses. Is there anyway I can find out and email with a privacy removal option of course to make them aware of our new updated site.

Bulletins are limited
Send outs are also limited

All advice welcomed.

But people haven't heard from us for awhile so we'll be lost in their friends list somewhere. I need something solid and guaranteed, I've got the friends I just need to contact them all without spending 5 weeks messaging them.

You sound a little bit like U2 if I'm honest. I still say you should cancel your account though, MySpace is soul-destroying.

Nix, considering how many fans are on there cancelling the account is not a great idea. It's crazy that MySpace have such limits on sends, I mean how are you supposed to let 25,000 know of changes if you can only send 50 messages per day?

Explanate me this? lol

Your not supposed to send out 25,000 seperate messages.

True, but if you have more than 50 friends which most of the fans do, then bulletins are useless and not even hitting 0.2% of people.

Yeah. Do a bulletin or update your status or post a blog or something...

There's a reason why most band post bulletins more than once. So people will see em.

I hate bulletin posters, they are annoying, especially when they are pointless messages.

There's someone on my list who just posts bulletins ALL freakin day.

First time I've loogged into the site in like a month or so, hate the thing.
