You can add your "friends" on the site. Thats all.

What would be cool is if you add a section in your profile to allow users to choose their font colour and font type. I had this in my own forums and it helps give people a sense of identity.

Top right under your name, or in your user CP there will be a friends section.

Your added so you should be able to accept.

The friends thing is used for a section in vbulletin for leaving comments on the user's profile. OCUK doesnt actually use this feature, when the feature is activated you can allow friends only to post comments on your page etc.

Think myspace.

Think you could add Social Groups in too? These could be used instead of the forum sections for the groups like OCUK Folding@Home team and L4D Groups etc

I'm not sure what it does, but my contacts list is filling up with guys with guns
