Froch vs Groves

So who here is watching

Looks like Froch is rattled, perhaps to sell box office

Looking forward to it tho I hope Froch teaches groves a lesson

Can't say I know much about Groves other than he's meant to be a bit heavy handed so if that's all he's got (might be mistaken) I can't see Froch having much trouble. He's certainly the overwhelming favourite.

Saw a head to head interview thing they did a couple of weeks back and Froch was almost in tears from what Groves was saying about him. Looked rattled then as well.

He ran and hid against the then Fav Degale and won. I'm thinking Groves is thinking he is going to do a Andre Ward on Froch I predict a knockout between rounds 7-9 as Groves hasn't got a chin

I really hate the disrespect we see in boxing. I know some of it is to sell tickets / box office.

More recently Tyson Furys twitter was full of **** really nasty stuff. I dont think Groves has given much more respect for Froch either.

Anybody know the rough time of the fight?

£15, but you do get to watch the whole card and sometimes those fights are better to watch..

I really like Groves, seen a few of his bigger fights and he always comes across as a nice kid.

Froch on the other hand is an arse and he needs someone to knock him out.

That's certainly the case these days but he was embarassing when he was constantly calling out Calzaghe.

But that's what boxers do, call out the champs etc etc.

Look at all the names come crawling out of the woodwork after the Bute fight onwards, they all wanted a piece of Froch.

To single him out is just silly when everyone does it.

Exactly.

Groves has come across really well everytime I've seen him in the build up.

I just don't like Froch, never have done.

Froch has fought better fighters than Calzaghe...

Calzaghe was unbeaten and would most likely have out-pointed Froch had they met, but Froch has certainly been in more fights with top-draw opponents.

Isn't Froch only fighting Groves because there was no one else available to fight? Calzaghe had far better options when Froch was calling him out and would've done a Lacey on him imo.

Can't disagree with that although Calzaghe fought some top fighters.
