From the creator of L4D - Bad Robot games play test

Is this Bad Robot as in JJ Abram’s production company? They have a spin-off games company?
 
well i missed the L4D hype when it released.
lets hope it gets a similar fun reception with good mod support.

Tried to join the, got the verification invite ~12hours later so couldn't use it. Interested to see what the game is. On the merit of L4D (because that's all we have to go on) I'm intrigued.

Love me a good 4-player co-op game. I had hundreds of hours in both L4D/L4D2, have a fair amount in the likes of Payday 2, Killing Floor 2, and I have 1500hrs in Deep Rock Galactic.

Being mentioned in the same breath as L4D might bite him in the butt, as it brings up a certain expectation that was no doubt carried by having a behemoth like Valve behind it, but I'll see what he can come up with.

I seem to remember Left 4 Dead started out as a source mod almost of Half Life that came to the attention of Valve who bought the whole company in house and let them develop the game with more resources and people.
