front end/desktop software to control wifi devices

hi guys still on the quest for this

basically without keep going into my router settings and enabling /disabling mac addresses is there any software that i can place on desktop which will allow me to do this.

just kids use so much with this device and that device always connected i would like to be able to restrict what they use at certain times and turn off the net for them when they bad or late at night lol without it affecting my internet or wifes

Couldn't just get a router with parental control built-in? Set the allowed times and let the router handle it automatically.

Secondary router and connect their devices to that then set time slots when it will/wont work.

Failing that QOS on the router will give you priority over them but not cut them off like you want.
