On my new build I am having a 240 rad at the front of the case, originally I thought of having the inlet/outlet at the top. With my new idea and better tube route it would look better with the inlet/outlet at the bottom, so the tube can go up into the bottom of the reservoir.

If I do this, will it be a pain for getting air bubbles out the system?

Nah, mine are like that, just be sure to rock the case to get a bit of movement and leave the reservoir open if you can for a day or so for the bubbles to work their way out.

Best way to get air out is to move your case about and turn your pump on and off. Leaving it on full blast will leave bubbles in the odd place where they can't move due to water flowing past so quickly. It's hard to explain but it works.

Yeah, I get what you mean. I might actually mod my pump to make it easier to turn the speed up and down, rather than trying to battle with a small flat screwdriver or alike in a small space.

I dropped mine breaking off the speed dial and tachometer cable so I have ghetto rigged a broken screwdriver and some washers together to change the speed. It's actually a lot easier now than it was before.
