I froze some chicken last week, it still had 3 days use by left when i froze it, I usually eat it the same day after defrosting it but as im cooking for my self now as my partner has left me for somebody else, i have 2 days worth will it be ok if i cook it all and put the other half back in the fridge and eat it the next day?
